Travel and service charges may apply and will be clearly communicated in advance. Our services are based on agreed standards and tailored to meet the individual needs of our customers. The following service conditions apply:

Travel and Service Charges

Fees are calculated based on transparent flat rates, which vary depending on time of day and day of the week.

  • Regular working hours:
    Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 Standard flat rates apply.
  • Evenings and nights:
    For service between 16:30 and 08:00, as well as on weekends, a surcharge of X% is applied.
  • Public holidays:
    On official public holidays, a separate flat rate is charged and communicated in advance.

Scope of Service

Our services include:

  • Diagnosis of the reported issue
  • Resolution of the problem
  • Provision of spare parts, if technically feasible

Information and Consent

All charges are clearly communicated in advance and require the customer’s approval before any work begins.
Travel and service fees must be paid on-site by card upon the technician’s arrival.

Emergencies Outside Standard Conditions

In exceptional or urgent cases outside the hours mentioned above, we can prepare a custom cost estimate.
